For a few years we travelled through different countries choosing always to stay with host families and small guesthouses. That’s how the idea of Familyguest came to our minds with the purpose of offering independent travellers like us a different and effective way to travel interacting directly with the cultures, values and habits of every region.

All the accommodation published in this site are family houses, small guest houses and hotels that have a very important feature in common. They are all managed by their owners and their families willing to make you feel at home no matter where you are.

We’d like to thank all those families that opened their doors to us and to all the friends and relatives that supported us during this long and incredible journey. Thanks a lot to you all from the bottom of our hearts.
