Description
Mouat Residence is located on Cordillera hill in Valparaiso. This historical place was built by the person encharged of building Lord Cochrane museum. We are next to the upper exit of Serrano funicular, Chile´s second oldest. Our house is a 3 story building with an art cafe in the ground floor for events and meetings. Mouat in inside the Historic Conservation Area and has an amazing watch deck.
Very good prices, 24 beds, 6 bathrooms and next to bus and taxi stops, subway stations.

Our family is composed by my wife Lorena Parada, my children Nicolas 10 y.o and Gustavo 8 y.o.,my 80 y.o mother and my cat Curino. We are art professionals and lived in Paris for many years. We love paintings, music, literature and we are comunity´s representatives to Valparaiso City Hall.
We speak French, and a little English and Italian.
